I'm Luciana. My career has taken many shapes — business executive, freelance food writer, food stylist and photographer, and, among other things, pastry chef. Working in food media, I felt something was missing on the shelf — and that there was an opportunity to create something more vibrant, globally inspired, and chef-driven. So I started making my own curds. I named the brand after my children, Uma and Micah — and every jar is still handcrafted in small batches in New York
